If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. Returns (14-Day Window)
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show visible wear, damage, or alterations.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our jewelry. However, if you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:
